We currently host a number of internet applications on our managed servers in London, England.

The servers are directly connected to the UK internet core via high bandwidth permanent connections. They are situated in a fully air conditioned, high security, purpose built hosting suite with redundant power supplies and 24/7 on-site monitoring and support.

Hosted applications are managed and operated from our offices with automated alerting systems for server/application down and daily, automated, basic functionality tests. We periodically replicate all application data to our local servers which are backed up daily using a GFS media rotation scheme to ensure the integrity of backups. We also operate a multi-site storage policy for backup media in case of catastrophe such as fire etc.

Application server software is maintained at the latest stable releases with the latest security patches applied as soon as they become available. In the event of external hacking or DOS attack we liaise closely with our ISP to resolve any problems appropriately.
